Over the years, we've received many panic calls from parents whose child's beloved bunny was lost, damaged, or worn out. Returns
All our products are quality checked before leaving the studio. However, if you receive an item that you're not happy with and wish to exchange it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your parcel so that we can work out the best way to resolve any issues.
