Turn Around Times

All goods in stock will be shipped within 2 working days of receiving payment. Thereafter, delivery of your package will take 2-4 working days unless an overnight courier option has been selected or your are situated in an outlying area.

Shipping Options
There are a few delivery options to choose from ...
- Collection from the Tiger Lily Studio in Claremont, CT can be arranged (no charge).
- National courier bag shipping of R 95 (2-3 working days or 5-7 days for outlying areas).
- Overnight shipping is only applicable to items that fit into a courier bag and where the destination is a main city (outlying areas don't have couriers delivering daily). The fee for this service is R 135.
- There is a surcharge on the larger parcels (swing, feeding cushions, toy carry cot, toy barrel, mirrors, etc). R 135 (Medium) or R 175 (Large).
- Free delivery when spending R 1 600 +.
- International shipping can be arranged, please email hello@tiger-lily.co.za for a quote.

Returns & Exchanges
All our products are quality checked before leaving the studio. However, if you receive an item that you're not happy with and wish to exchange it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your parcel so that we can work out the best way to resolve any issues.

Custom Orders
We love to accommodate custom orders however is takes a little extra time (5-10 working days). Some custom features require an additional fee to cover materials & design costs. Payment is required upfront and we do not accept returns on custom orders.
